First thing you’ll need is a website domain name and website hosting. The website hosting is where your website will be stored, along side any email accounts if you choose to use them. The domain name is the address which will point to your hosting.

Web Hosting
Your website needs to be stored online somewhere so it can be accessed 24/7. This is where web hosting comes in. It does come with a cost, but that cost should be minimal.
What else?
Hosting will, most of the time include a free domain name (with most plans paid for annually) While both have to be renewed every year, domain names are usually cheap.
Now the work begins
Comprehensive list, I know. But essentially that’s all you need to get a website online. The real work begins when we come to building one, having one built or using tools like wordpress and themes. Time to make a choice!
